President

Principal Owner

From a young age, Grant, President and Founder of TruSummit Insurance has known the value of hard work. He began his career in insurance first becoming licensed as an agent in 2003 and establishing a Property/Casualty Agency for his high school "senior project". Throughout high school, Grant herded cattle, worked in carpentry, and taught martial arts. He holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Taekwondo, Combat Masters in Haganah, holds his multi-engine private pilot's license, and is an avid motorcyclist. Grant is married to his pen pal of 10 years, Melodie, and together they have a son and daughter and maintain a horse property and raise beef in Caldwell Idaho.

Scott Ramsey

Director of Sales

From early on, Scott realized that he has a natural instinct to watch over the people he cares about. He has always taken pride in being available to others in their time of need. This is one of the main reasons he has chosen a career in the insurance field. Scott says, "Providing quality coverage is a way I can help everyone. I want them to have the peace of mind that they are covered and if anything happens I am here to help them get back on their feet". Scott is from Clayton, CA where he attended Clayton Valley High School and later on, Diablo Valley College. He now lives in Concord, CA, just a few minutes away from his childhood home. In 2011, he married his wife Jill, who also grew up in the town of Clayton and was one of his best friends. Like a lot of guys, Scott has always loved watching and playing sports. Many nights, you can find him at a local ball field as he loves playing adult softball and has managed and/or played on over 20 teams around northern California. If he's not on the baseball field, you may find him at a local establishment listening to some of the great local musicians. Scott also enjoys exploring the outdoors (especially the California coast), hiking, camping, and playing with his dog, Kona.

Missy Colwell

Service Team Manager

Missy grew up in Northeastern, PA where she currently resides. She began her Insurance career in 2001 becoming a licensed agent in 2003. She takes great pride in her dedication to ensure you have the proper insurance that meets your needs and will often refer to herself as an “Insurance Geek”.

Missy has been married to her husband Tim for over 10 years and has a son Ethan and daughter McKenna. When not working Missy enjoys spending time with her family outdoors taking walks, playing at the park and spending time on the family farm. She is also often seen running in her small town with her sisters in preparation of 5k races they participate in together.

Holly Riley

Health Team Manager

Holly grew up snowboarding the mountains of Northern California and playing competitive soccer. Her commitment to sports taught her that hard work and dedication will lead to success. After graduating from college in Santa Cruz Ca, Holly moved away from the beach to be closer to the mountains.

Holly is married to her husband Jeff and has a son Carter, with a new little one on the way. When she is not helping you with your life & health insurance needs, you can find her hiking with her family throughout Northern California.

Alejandra is bilingual, English/Spanish, currently learning Korean. She may be newer to the industry, but she is fully committed to and enjoys the learning process of every situation.

Alejandra has a son named Sebastian, a cat lover, & cinephile. She also enjoys traveling, is in love with mother nature, and likes aerobic exercises and practicing yoga too!

Hailey Baldwin

Commercial Account Manager

Hailey is a proud Texas native from the city of Fort Worth where she currently lives with her husband, Jon. Her insurance career began with an adjuster license and she got hands-on experience working on claims and other various projects for a construction company in Colorado. After 4 years, she embarked on a new chapter to become a P&C agent and found her home with an independent agency, where she used her claims experience to help tailor insurance solutions for her clients' needs.

When not exploring new horizons, Hailey finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She's a master in the kitchen, whipping up culinary delights or baking treats. Between pages of a book, you'll often find her immersed in captivating stories. Nature calls to her, and she answers with camping trips and fishing escapades, a source of togetherness for her family and two furry friends. A former Pastry Chef and catering business owner, Hailey's passion for food remains alive, now as a cherished hobby.

Robert Pierson

Robert is an Idaho native, married to the love of his life for 25 years. Together they raised two children. He enjoys teaching, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Robert (Rob) has always been an entrepreneur at heart. In his senior year in high school, he started an electronic repair shop and quickly branched out into computer repair and network management. With technology, there was always a problem to solve, and he always loved a good problem to solve. For a time, he even worked as a computer crime investigator! Now there's a story! Rob built his computer business around customer service, and 100% customer satisfaction. Now instead of solving technical problems, he spends that same time and effort finding solutions to help people meet all their insurance needs!

That strong customer service philosophy translates to each person getting kind, caring, detailed, and prompt attention. Rob’s goal is to make the complicated world of insurance easy to understand.

Hello. My name is Richard Reinholdt. I’m a 5th generation San Franciscan and 2nd generation Insurance Broker. With over 25 years of Insurance experience, I'm proud to call generations of families my clients. Their trust, passed down through decades, is a result of the personalized attention and "tender loving care" I strive to bring to every relationship.

I live with my wife and our young daughter in the West Portal Neighborhood of San Francisco. Earlier generations of my family survived the devastating San Francisco Earthquake and Fire of 1906. Those forebears rebuilt more than just their lives and our City, they established a tradition of resilience that fuels my dedication to protecting others today.
