Grant Weber

President

Principal Owner

From a young age, Grant, President and Founder of TruSummit Insurance has known the value of hard work. He began his career in insurance first becoming licensed as an agent in 2003 and establishing a Property/Casualty Agency for his high school "senior project". Throughout high school, Grant herded cattle, worked in carpentry, and taught martial arts. He holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Taekwondo, Combat Masters in Haganah, holds his multi-engine private pilot's license, and is an avid motorcyclist. Grant is married to his pen pal of 10 years, Melodie, and together they have a son and daughter and maintain a horse property and raise beef in Caldwell Idaho.

Scott Ramsey

Director of Sales

Scott was born and raised in the East Bay area of Northern California. He and his wife currently live in Concord, CA. You can often find Scott at a local music venue listening to some of the great local musicians in his area. Scott also enjoys exploring the outdoors (especially the California coast), camping in his travel trailer, turning laps in his virtual sim-racing rig, and attending auto racing events with many long-time friends.

From early on in life, Scott realized that he had a natural interest in providing support to the people around him and has always taken pride in being available to others in their time of need. This is one of the main reasons he has chosen a career in the insurance field. Scott says, "Providing quality insurance coverage is a way that I can use my career to help everyone. I want them to have the peace of mind that they are covered and if anything happens, I am here to help them get back on their feet". Scott has been providing TruSummit’s clients with amazing service since 2016!

Missy Colwell

Director of Client Services

Missy grew up in Northeastern, PA where she currently resides. She began her Insurance career in 2001 becoming a licensed agent in 2003. She takes great pride in her dedication to ensure you have the proper insurance that meets your needs and will often refer to herself as an “Insurance Geek”.

Missy has been married to her husband Tim for over 10 years and has a son Ethan and daughter McKenna. When not working Missy enjoys spending time with her family outdoors taking walks, playing at the park and spending time on the family farm. She is also often seen running in her small town with her sisters in preparation of 5k races they participate in together.

My journey into this field is deeply personal with my own challenges in understanding health networks and navigating hospital systems. That experience gave me a unique perspective and a genuine desire to make the process easier for others.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I’m happily married to my soulmate, Jeff, and we have two amazing kids who keep life exciting and fulfilling. Understanding the importance of protecting what matters most drives my commitment to providing personalized and thoughtful insurance solutions.

When I’m not working with clients, I am spending time in my garden, hiking through nature, and soaking up the fresh air.

Bilingual from a young age, Alejandra continues to expand her horizons, currently diving into American Sign Language (ASL) and Korean.

Beyond her professional life, Alejandra is an adventurer at heart. She finds joy in hiking through nature, embracing the beauty of rainy days, and with R&B music setting the perfect soundtrack, she cherishes time spent at the beach. Alejandra Aguilar is a devoted mother and cat owner, with a passion for reading and a great interest for coffee. Aimee Pfaff has been an insurance agent since 2006 and joined our team in 2020.

With over 25 years of Insurance experience, I'm proud to call generations of families my clients. Their trust, passed down through decades, is a result of the personalized attention and "tender loving care" I strive to bring to every relationship.

I live with my wife and our young daughter in the West Portal Neighborhood of San Francisco. Earlier generations of my family survived the devastating San Francisco Earthquake and Fire of 1906. Those forebears rebuilt more than just their lives and our City, they established a tradition of resilience that fuels my dedication to protecting others today.

Sara, a Fresno CA native, began her insurance career 1998 when a job opportunity was presented. She developed a passion for helping others when she was able to see the importance of insurance and how it changes people’s lives in a positive way. He favorite part about this industry is the long-lasting friendships and relationships built with the clients she has serviced and supported throughout her career. Sara has one son, and four cats. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, watching Marvel movies, listening to an eclectic collection or music which includes rock, alternative and country! Sara is an avid baker and enjoys trying out new recipes. Since she lives in Fresno, it’s no surprise that Fall and Winter are her favorites months!

Steve’s insurance career spans 35 plus years working on the company side as an underwriter, regional sales manager, and eventually insurance broker. He earned the Charter Property & Casualty Underwriter Designation in 2008. He is a two-time San Mateo County Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year.

He has built strong relationships with realtors, title company officers, mortgage providers, and other professionals. Helping homebuyers' day to day in the service of providing for their insurance needs stress-free.

Born and raised in San Francisco he now lives on the Peninsula with his wife, Linda. They have three adult children, two cats, and a granddaughter. During the baseball season you will likely find him at an S.F. Giants game with scorebook and pen in hand.

Insurance is a business that is continuing to change, that has evolved into an online marketplace, with A.I. not far behind. Though, there will always be a need for a personal touch. Steve is confident and ready to help you during these challenging times.

Though currently living in El Salvador, Paullette spent much of her childhood in sunny California. With a background in graphic design and a focus on online marketing, she developed a keen eye for creativity and a deep interest in how things connect and communicate.

Outside of work, Paullette embraces life’s simple pleasures, whether it’s reading, walking, or enjoying time in nature. Animals hold a special place in her heart, and music is always a part of her daily life.

While she wouldn’t call herself a photography expert, she finds joy in capturing the world through her lens, always seeking beauty in the everyday. My name is Mark Michaels and I grew up in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. At a young age I developed a strong passion for aviation. After highschool I chased that dream and obtained a degree in Aviation Sciences at Oklahoma State University and double majored in Marketing. I spent 6 years in sales after graduating college but kept the passion for aviation. I worked hard to become competitive as a commercial pilot and eventually my dreams became a reality.

I was blessed with a position as first officer at a regional airline and upgraded to captain and eventually instructor in 3 years. After 6 years at that airline, I accepted a position at a major cargo airline where I currently captain the Boeing 757. I owe all of my success to general aviation and want to be a part of it any way I can. As the aviation insurance specialist at TruSummit, I strive to provide the best service and knowledge possible in the industry. I am a former aircraft owner and current pilot. I know what it takes to maintain and protect these amazing machines. Outside of her professional responsibilities, family plays an important role in Elizabeth’s life. As the youngest of three siblings, she values the close relationships she shares with her family.
